A Guide to Receiving OTP and Verification Codes from Baji
This article will help you find the One-Time Password (OTP) and verification codes sent from Baji Live.
New Rule: Verification Codes Are Now Sent to WhatsApp
For your convenience, Baji Live's number verification and 'Forgot Password' OTP codes are now sent to your registered phone number's WhatsApp. This ensures faster and more reliable delivery compared to SMS.
Therefore, if you have requested a code via your phone number, please check your WhatsApp account first.
Requesting a Code via Phone Number
If you request an OTP code using your phone number, the code may be sent to the following two places:
WhatsApp Inbox: Check the WhatsApp account opened with your registered number (this is now the primary method).
SMS Inbox: The code might be sent directly to your phone's default messaging app (SMS Inbox).
What to do if you don't receive the code
If you don't receive the code in your WhatsApp or SMS inbox after waiting for a long time, please follow these steps:
Check the Spam folder of your phone's SMS inbox.
You can try restarting your phone and attempting again.
Your phone's mobile network (SIM Card Network) must be active. SMS will not arrive if you are only using Wi-Fi (although WhatsApp messages will).
Special Note: For Teletalk Users
The Teletalk operator system has completely blocked Baji's SMS service, classifying it as spam.
For this reason, if you are a Teletalk number user, you will not receive any code in your mobile's SMS inbox. To get the code, you must check the WhatsApp account opened with your registered Teletalk number.
Requesting a Code via Email
If you request an OTP code via email, all our verification codes are now sent to your email's Promotion folder.
What to do if you don't receive the code
If you do not find the code in your promotion folder, please follow these steps:
Check your email's Spam folder.
Refresh your email inbox.
