Summary

In the Calendar, click the Filters button to see the available filters. If you make changes to your filters the Calendar will remember them, they won't reset with a new session. Click the video below to open it in a new tab for better viewing.

Tip If you can't see a few Work Orders, click each Filter and make sure all the check boxes are checked.

Key Points

  • Click Calendars to view individual or specific routes

  • Click Work Order Status to view specific Work Orders by their status

  • Click Frequency to view Work Orders by their Frequency

  • Click Service Type to view Work Orders by their Service Type

  • Click Event Type to view Work Orders by their Event Type

  • Click Mini Calendar to view the Calendar with the days

Calendars

View individual or specific routes. If you're an Admin you'll also see the Production value for that route.

Work Order Status

View specific Work Orders by their status.

Work Order Frequency

View Work Orders by their Frequency.

Service Type

View Work Orders by their Service Type.

Event Type

View Work Orders by their Event Type.

Mini Calendar

View the Calendar with the days highlighted either in Yellow or Blue.

  • Yellow is the days that have work for the tech or route selected

  • Blue is the week you're viewing (Week view only)
