Adding a multi-line Sticky Note in the Service Location shows only the first line in the Calendar. This is an online calendar limit.
Remove the line break in the notes, and use a hyphen or a slash
This example has three lines in the Sticky Note:
But only the first line appears in the Calendar:
The workaround is to remove the line break in the notes. Place a hyphen, slash, # or anything else in-between the notes to keep them separate.
Note If you have a line break in your notes as shown in the first image above, all will appear in the mobile app.
