Connect Granola so Coworker can use your meeting notes. Either credential works: personal keys cover private notes, and an optional workspace key covers team spaces.
What Coworker can do with Granola
Read your Granola meeting notes and summaries
Produce one report per person per period: what they discussed, with whom (internal and external), and the notable outcomes across their notes
Bring meeting context into answers about customers, projects and decisions
Reports follow the access policies of the underlying notes — a private note's content never leaks into a wider digest audience.
Before you start
You need a Granola key beginning with
grn_, created in the Granola desktop appGranola API access is controlled by your Granola plan (Business/Enterprise)
Connect as a member
In the Granola desktop app, create a personal API key.
Go to the Work page in Coworker and click Data Sources.
Select Granola and paste your
grn_key.
Connect as an admin
Open Data Sources from the admin settings in Coworker and select Granola.
Paste a workspace
grn_key to cover public and team-space notes.
A workspace key does not replace personal keys — it cannot see everyone's private notes. Granola also runs perfectly well with personal keys only.
Good to know
Granola has no OAuth flow. Keys are pasted, and key expiry is controlled by Granola.
Only notes that already have a generated summary and transcript appear in Granola's API, so a newly recorded or in-progress meeting can be missing even when your connection is healthy.
Keys are deduplicated by exact value.
