Connect Omni so Coworker can see your BI documents and how they are used. Omni is admin-connected with an organization API key.
What Coworker can do with Omni
Index your BI documents, their content changes and engagement
Produce one report per BI document with activity: content changes, favorites, and schedule delivery health — including failed scheduled deliveries, the operational signal BI owners actually want. Untouched documents produce nothing.
Each report inherits its document's access policy, mirroring Omni's own per-document permissions.
Before you start
You must be a Coworker Network Admin
You need an Omni organization API key and your tenant instance URL
Omni is a beta connector — beta connectors may need enabling for your workspace
Connect as an admin
Open Data Sources from the admin settings in Coworker and select Omni.
Paste the organization API key and enter your instance URL.
Save.
Connect as a member
Omni has no per-user OAuth flow.
Good to know
The instance URL is part of authentication. Omni tenants use their own host, so a valid key sent to the generic or wrong instance fails.
Full access-policy reconstruction requires the key to be allowed to read the Omni/SCIM user roster, not just query content.
