Connect Guru so Coworker can use your team's knowledge base. Guru is a per-user (individual) connection using your own Guru email and User token.
What Coworker can do with Guru
Index the Guru cards and collections your account can reach
Produce one report per collection with card activity, including a health read: how many cards are verified versus overdue for verification, and who the active contributors are
Answer questions using Guru knowledge alongside your other sources
Reports inherit the collection's access policy, derived from Guru's own group-based collection access. Collections with no card activity produce nothing.
Before you start
You need your Guru email address and a Guru User token
Guru is a beta connector — your admin may need to enable beta connectors for your workspace
Connect as a member
Create a User token in Guru.
Go to the Work page in Coworker and click Data Sources.
Select Guru and enter your Guru email and User token together.
Connect as an admin
Guru has no OAuth flow and no true organization-wide admin credential. An admin connects their own account like any member, or blocks Guru for the workspace from Source Settings.
Good to know
Email and token must stay paired — a token alone is not usable.
Each token inherits its user's collection and card access, so coverage is the union of connected users.
One credential failing is treated as a coverage loss for that person, not a workspace-wide failure.
