Use email and messaging context from Front when answering questions about customers and accounts
Before you start
You must be a Coworker Network Admin
You need a Front API token with access to every inbox you intend to index
Connect as an admin
Open Data Sources from the admin settings in Coworker and select Front.
Paste the Front API token.
Save.
Connect as a member
Front has no per-user connection flow.
Good to know
The token acts as the Front teammate or API client that created it. A valid but narrowly scoped token silently narrows conversation coverage — use a broadly scoped token.
Front does not reconstruct per-inbox permissions in Coworker. Indexed content follows your workspace's default source visibility, so confirm your visibility posture before enabling it broadly.
