Before you start
You must be a Coworker Network Admin
You need a Vitally workspace API key and your workspace/region-specific base URL
Vitally is a beta connector — beta connectors may need enabling for your workspace
Connect as an admin
Open Data Sources from the admin settings in Coworker and select Vitally.
Paste the API key and enter your base URL.
Save.
Connect as a member
Vitally has no OAuth or per-user visibility model. One key reads the workspace.
Good to know
The base URL must travel with the key — it is workspace and region specific.
Vitally API access is sales and plan gated. If a connection fails despite a valid workspace login, API availability may be the actual blocker.
Keys are static and do not refresh. Rotation is a full credential replacement.
