Connect Notion so Coworker can read your team's pages and databases. Notion is primarily a per-user (individual) connection.
What Coworker can do with Notion
Index the Notion pages and databases your connection can reach
Produce one report per page (or page group) with meaningful edits: what was added or reworked, and by whom. Untouched pages and trivial edits produce nothing.
Create and update Notion pages when a task explicitly requires it
Each report inherits the page's access policy, mirroring who can open the page in Notion.
Before you start
Notion grants an integration access only to the pages explicitly shared with that integration. Workspace membership alone does not expose the whole workspace.
You need an active Notion account.
Connect as a member
Go to the Work page at app.coworker.ai and click Data Sources.
Select Notion and complete the OAuth authorization.
In the Notion consent screen, select the pages you want Coworker to access. Anything not shared stays invisible.
To add more later, share additional pages with the Coworker integration from within Notion.
Connect as an admin
Open Data Sources from the admin settings in Coworker and select Notion.
Authorize a workspace-level connection, or add an existing Notion integration token.
An admin-side integration token is treated as an additional coverage credential, not a replacement for individual connections.
Good to know
Coverage is the union of connected users and integrations. Private pages remain absent until a credential can actually search them.
Moving or unsharing a page can remove Coworker's reach without making the token itself invalid.
Notion access tokens usually have no refresh token, so you may be asked to reconnect periodically.
Credentials created through Notion's MCP flow are deliberately not used for indexing.
