Connect Salesforce so Coworker can reason about your pipeline and accounts. Salesforce is admin-connected through a Connected App and an integration user.
What Coworker can do with Salesforce
Index accounts, contacts, opportunities and related activity
Produce one report per opportunity with activity: stage changes, new activities, updated amounts or close dates, and the people driving them. Untouched opportunities produce nothing.
Answer pipeline questions and take supported write actions when a task explicitly requires it
Opportunity reports are access-gated like the opportunities themselves, scoped to your configured go-to-market audience.
Before you start
You must be a Coworker Network Admin
You need a Salesforce Connected App (client ID and secret) and a dedicated, active integration user with API access
You need your Salesforce My Domain name
Connect as an admin
Open Data Sources from the admin settings in Coworker and select Salesforce.
Enter your Salesforce domain name.
Authorize as the integration user to produce the refresh token.
Save.
Connect as a member
Go to the Work page and click Data Sources.
Select Salesforce and complete the OAuth authorization so Coworker's live tools can act as you.
Indexing is an organization-wide sweep on the admin credential, not a per-user mosaic.
Good to know
The integration user's profile, permission sets, object permissions and field-level security determine what is indexed. A successful OAuth does not mean every object or field is visible.
Password or security-policy changes, user deactivation, Connected App refresh-token policy changes, or changing My Domain can revoke the grant and require a new admin connection.
