Before you start
Admins need a Monday.com API token for the workspace
Tokens are tied to the Monday account and workspace that authorized them
Connect as an admin
Open Data Sources from the admin settings in Coworker and select Monday.com.
Complete the Monday.com authorization, or paste a default workspace API token.
Save. This gives an always-on workspace sweep.
Connect as a member
Go to the Work page and click Data Sources.
Select Monday.com and complete the OAuth authorization.
Your connection reveals private and shareable boards the workspace token cannot see.
Good to know
Monday.com applies a per-token GraphQL complexity budget. More connected users spreads that budget.
There is no webhook-based path for this integration.
