Connect customer health signals to the same Customer entities your CRM, support and billing sources feed

Before you start
You must be a Coworker Network Admin
You need a ChurnZero App Key, the username (login email) that owns it, and your tenant base URL
Connect as an admin
Open Data Sources from the admin settings in Coworker.
Select ChurnZero.
Enter the App Key, the owning username, and your tenant base URL.
Save.
Connect as a member
ChurnZero has no per-user connection flow. One admin credential covers the workspace.
Good to know
All three values must agree with the same tenant. A valid key sent to the wrong regional or customer-specific base URL will not work.
The base URL can be the bare app URL (for example
https://acme.us1app.churnzero.net) or the full API root ending in/public/v1— Coworker appends the path if it is missing.The App Key is long-lived and organization-scoped. Rotating it means replacing the workspace credential.
