Adding Social Media Links on Program Profile Page

This guide will provide the steps to add Social Media links to the Program Profile page. Once these links are added, applicants can easily click on the icon to view each Social Media page that have been linked.

There are five (5) social media websites that can be linked to the Program Profile page. Programs have the option to link as many as they'd like. The five websites are:

  • Facebook

  • Twitter

  • Instagram

  • LinkedIn

  • YouTube

Follow the below process to add social media links:

  1. From the Program page, navigate to the "Social Links" section

  2. Click "Edit"

  3. Paste the URL of the profile page you wish to connect in the corresponding field

  4. Click "Save"

Once a link has been saved, the icon will only be viewable in the "Preview Profile".

Reviewing the icons and links in the Program Profile view

NOTE: To view and test the social media links, follow all steps below. The view from the Program tab will look like the above example. Don't worry, the icons will be displayed in the Program Profile view which is what the applicants see when viewing program profiles.

  1. Under the Program tab, click on the "Preview Program" button on the upper right hand screen

  2. The Social Media icon(s) will be displayed under the Program Name
