Create a Legacy Project: Overview

Summary

  1. To create a legacy project, click on Create Project in the top right corner of the interface, then click Quick Start.

  2. The steps to create a legacy project are very similar to those of a new project. Start by inputting the project details and make sure to include the project completion date.

  3. Using the estimate uploader, upload the final project estimate.

  4. Create the required components.

  5. You can preview the uploaded estimate and navigate through the different formats.

  6. You can address any error here as discussed in the Manage Estimate Uploads video in this training or use the AI tool to assist you.

  7. Once ready, click Publish to finalize the estimate upload.

  8. You can also add markups directly or from markup templates.

  9. Once your legacy project is created, you can see the Legacy tag next to the project name.

  10. You can now use this project in the Calibrate solution and find it in your Projects page to be used throughout the platform.
