Think of developing Bid Packages like an assembly line. Each bid package is its own live workspace to house all the info associated with the bid package in one place. Simply drag and drop each bid package as you complete the development steps. Ultimately, info flows into your bid process to send to the subcontractor and vendor bidders.

From the Lists tab, you can separate bid packages by Work Package and easily identify unprioritized packages. This tab allows you to go into more details for each package. You can also easily visualize the specs and spec titles for each package.

When we drill into an individual bid package you can see all the key areas of focus such as status in the development process, financial targets and gain / loss results, team assignments, timing details and relevant documentation.

See the plan organized by priority groupings and design document availability as tracked in Purchase Plan. All of this in one easy to read plan so you can communicate with the client and design team to ensure alignment.

Make sure all the scope is assigned and to the right trade so that there aren’t any specifications left unassigned. Additionally, it is easy to overlook specifications that need to be assigned to multiple trades which the module helps prevent from being overlooked.
