Summary

  1. Start by filling out all the details as usual, including the analysis name, category, start date, address, and classification system.

  2. In the Variants window, create multiple benchmarks to calculate the cost of your concept project. Edit the benchmark to add necessary details.

  3. Add the projects or projects components to the analysis and decide on the calculation approach.

  4. Add individual markups or use a markup template to add markups to the benchmark.

  5. Once you create multiple benchmarks in your analysis and decide on which one to promote to a project. click on Promote and Concept Hub will create the project with all the necessary details.

  6. If you changed your mind and want to use a multi-component project, simply create a new scenario. Concept Hub will give you a prompt to confirm your action and then will create all program components and scenarios so you can build on what you have done so far.
