Add the component sets to be included in this scenario, and the costs will be automatically populated based on your concept components.

For each of the scenarios, you can add markups from scratch or by using a markup template. You can also add owner costs.

Click on Scenario Compare to compare multiple scenarios side-by-side to identify the best option for your project.

Click on the project you want to promote to project and click Promote to Project.

Concept Hub takes care of prepopulating all the details. The components of the project are carried over, and the timeline page automatically creates important milestones including conceptual design and construction start date. Most importantly, an estimate is already available in the Conceptual Design Milestone.
