For a more detailed analysis in Calibrate, click on Drill down to explore the cost comparison per division.

On the top of the page, you can choose the appropriate cost classification system, and how to display the costs, whether totals, dollars per GSF, dollars per unit, or percentage of total cost.

Comparison sets can be used from this view, and you can also access the Pick Components menu to adjust the components used on each set.

In the tabular format, you can click on each line item to go into more details and compare the cost of work among projects. You can also select the division you want from the cost classification tree.

When you display your cost comparison in a chart, you can click on each division to see its average cost among the selected projects, and how it compares to those projects. Charts can also be used with comparison sets.
