To create a project in ConCntric for a project currently underway, start by creating a blank new project.

Enter the details of the project, specifying the future construction start date.

In the Estimate step, set the important milestones that have happened in the past in order to host your previous estimates.

Proceed as usual to complete your project setup by inputting the components, uploading your estimates and inviting team members.

Another aspect to consider with projects currently in progress are ForeSite items. In the ForeSite solution, you can create all your past value optioneering items as usual. Then, approve them or reject them as needed while assigning the correct past milestone.
