Edit the payment and update Credit Card to the card on file

Summary

When receiving payment on the mobile app, tap Payment Method and be sure that the scanned card is selected. If you have selected the wrong payment method, edit the payment in the browser and update Credit Card to the card on file. 

Key Points

  • Go to the Payments tab in the customer's account

  • Edit the Payment

  • Select the credit card on file

  1. Go to the customer's account page

  2. Click the Payments tab

  3. Click Edit next to the payment

  4. Click Credit Card in the Method box

  5. Select the credit card at the bottom

  6. Click Save & Apply
