Prepay Billing

What is Prepay? Prepay allows you to set a fixed budget upfront. Funds stay on your account until you use them, giving you real-time budget control.

1. Setting Up Prepay

(Note: You can only have one Prepay method per account)

  1. Navigate to the Billing tab.

  2. Click + Add Billing Method and select Prepay.

  3. Name Your Method:

    • Standard/Credit Card: Give it a recognizable name (e.g., "Q1 Budget").

    • Using a PO? Enter your PO Number as the name.

  4. Enter Budget: Input the exact amount you want to fund.

    • πŸ’‘ Tip: Add a 10-15% buffer to account for taxes or international shipping costs.

  5. Click Add Billing Method. An invoice will be emailed to you immediately.

2. How to Pay Your Invoice

You can download your invoice PDF in the Billing > Invoices section.

  • πŸ’³ Credit Card (Fastest):

    • Best for: Amounts under $10,000.

    • Action: Click the "Pay Online" link inside your invoice PDF. Funds are available immediately.

  • 🏦 ACH / Wire (Preferred):

    • Timeframe: ~1 business day.

    • Action: Use the banking details found on your invoice.

    • Tip: Send a screenshot of the transfer to billing@snappy.com to get funds released same-day.

  • ✍️ Check (Discouraged):

    • Timeframe: Slow (2+ weeks). Not recommended for urgent campaigns.

    • Address: Must be sent to the specific Lockbox address below (not our HQ):

3. Managing Your Funds

  • Add More Funds:

    • Go to Billing and click the "Add Funds" button next to your prepay balance. Enter amount -> Save Changes.

  • Transfer Funds:

    • Click the three dots on your balance > Transfer Funds.

    • This lets you move unused money from one Prepay/Instant account to another (Min: $1.00).

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds take ~14 days.

    • Requirement: All active gift links must be expired before a refund can be processed.
