Summary

The Trend Report shows device captures and evidences from Completed Work Orders. Even if those Work Orders are archived, the device history remains in the Trend Report.

Key Points

  • See Sales > Work Orders... for instructions to restore the Work Order

  • Change the status of the Work Order from Completed to anything else

  • Archive the Work Order

To correct this, restore the Work Order, change the status of the Work Order from Completed to anything else and then re-archive the Work Order.

Tip Anytime you want to remove device activity from the Trend Report just change the status of the Work Order in question from Completed to anything else.
