Go to Sales > Work Orders to find them

Summary

All non-complete Work Orders fall under status of Incomplete. This includes missed appointments and all custom Work Order statuses that don't act as Completed.

Key Point

  • Filter the status for Incomplete

  1. From the Dashboard, click Sales

  2. Filter the From - To Dates you want to view

  3. Under Status click Incomplete

  4. Click Filter
