Overview
When counties are configured under each state, SubcontractorHub can auto-fill county data during proposal creation.
Why this matters first: Cleaner location data means fewer manual corrections and faster quoting.
Prerequisites
Database admin access
List of counties by state
Naming standard (avoid duplicate spellings)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Manage Database → Database.
Scroll to Territory.
Click Territory Counties.
Click Add.
Select the State.
Enter county name and click Add.
Pro Tips
💡 Import counties in batches by state during onboarding.
⚠️ Standardize county names (e.g., “Los Angeles” vs “Los Angeles County”) to avoid duplicates.
Real-World Example
A regional roofing business added all counties for CA and NV. Address lookups became more consistent, and sales stopped manually typing county names on every deal.
