Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Navigate to“Manage Database” and click the “Database” option from the main menu.
Step 2
Go to “Installation” and select thejob type. From there, select “Site Survey Questions”.
Step 3
Click“+Add”.
Step 4
Add yourSite Survey Question.
Step 5
Click on the “Select Photos” dropdown to select the photo that you want to show with the question.
Step 6
Select the“Data Type”.
Step 7
Select the “Dependent Field” and “Dependent Field Value”.Note:This field links one question to another. It ensures that the current question only appears when a specific condition is met in a previous question.
Step 8
After adding the question and selecting the data type, you have the option to check the “Is required” checkbox. Note:Selecting the “Is Required” feature is optional. However, selecting it makes answering the site survey question mandatory for completing the “site survey photo package”.
Step 9
Once complete, click the “+Add” button to finish adding the site survey question.
