Instead of setting or checking different email addresses for each automation, the system will use the saved Customer Support Email whenever an automation needs to send an email. Follow the steps below to set emails for automation.

Admin access to SubcontractorHub

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Click "Organization" in the main menu.

Step 2

Click "Basic Information" on the Organization Detail.

Step 3

Click the "Edit" icon.

Step 4

Add the preferred Customer Support Email so automation emails go to this set address.
