What You'll Need
Access to the SubcontractorHub platform.
Permission to manage the BOM database.
A configured Sunrgy supplier.
A warehouse assigned to the supplier.
Product families and materials available in your database.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Go to "Manage Database" and click "Database."
Step 2
Navigate to "BOM" and select "BOM Templates."
Step 3
Click "Add" to create a new BOM template.
Step 4
Enter the template "Name," select "Sunrgy" as the supplier, choose the appropriate "Warehouse," and select the required "Product Type”.
Step 5
Then click "Save."
Step 6
Scroll down to the "Materials" section and select the required "Product Family."
Step 7
Choose the material for each product family and the formula for quantity. Click “Add”.
You will be able to see the SKU, quantity, unit price, and stock of that product.
Step 8
Click "Update" to save your BOM template.

Group frequently used materials into a single BOM template for each project type. This reduces manual material selection and helps keep proposals consistent across your team.

Instead of selecting rails, clamps, flashing, and other components for every proposal, they create a Sunrgy BOM template with predefined materials and quantities.
