Why This Matters
Automations are one of the biggest time-savers in SubcontractorHub. Instead of manually handling repetitive tasks, you can set up triggers that do the work for you — so your team can focus on closing deals and completing installs.
What You'll Need
Admin access to SubcontractorHub
A web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Go to the “Automations” tab in yourDatabase.
Step 2
Navigate to your desired automation and click “Edit”.
Step 3
Here, you can select an action from the options:edit, clone, copy to job type, unlaunch, ordelete.
Step 4
Totemporarily stopan automation, open the automation and click “Unlaunch” in theupper-right cornerof the automation builder. Note:You can also unlaunch an automation directly from theAutomations listby clicking“Edit” on the automation and selecting“Unlaunch”. When unlaunched, the automation remains visible in the list, but its status changes to“Unlaunched”.
Real-World Example
