Why is this important?
Admins and customer experience managers can quickly find and manage projects financed through Seamless Energy without sorting through unrelated projects. The dedicated project views make it easier to review project details, track Seamless-financed jobs, and manage project information from the appropriate platform.

A Seamless Energy account if you need to view or edit projects from the Seamless portal
Step by Step instructions
Step 1: Within any organization that has projects financed by Seamless Energy, the option called SE Finance Projects will show up.
To view these projects, on the main menu, click “Manage Projects” and select “SE Finance Projects” from the dropdown.
Step 2: You will be able to see all the details related to the SE-financed projects.
Step 3: Similarly, if you want to view the projects on the Seamless Energy portal, log into your Seamless Energy account. From the main menu, click “Manage Projects” and select “Installing Dealer Projects” from the drop down,
Step 4: You will be able to view and edit the details of the projects here.
Pro tip
Use SE Finance Projects in SubcontractorHub when you want a focused view of Seamless-financed projects. If you need to view or edit project information from the Seamless side, use Manage Projects → Installing Dealer Projects in the Seamless Energy portal.
Real-life example
A solar company has 50 active projects, but only 15 are financed through Seamless Energy. Instead of searching through all 50 projects, an admin can go to Manage Projects → SE Finance Projects in SubcontractorHub and immediately see the 15 relevant projects.
If the team needs to manage those projects from the Seamless side, a customer experience manager can log into the Seamless Energy portal and go to Manage Projects → Installing Dealer Projects to view and edit the project details.
Troubleshooting
I don't see “SE Finance Projects” in the menu.
Make sure the organization has projects financed by Seamless Energy. This option is only available for organizations with Seamless-financed projects.
I can't see a specific project.
Check whether the project is actually financed through Seamless Energy and confirm that you are viewing the correct organization.
I can see the project in SubcontractorHub but not in Seamless Energy.
Confirm that you are logged into the correct Seamless Energy account and check Manage Projects → Installing Dealer Projects.
I can't edit the project details.
Check your access level and make sure you have the required permissions in the Seamless Energy portal. If the project or editing options are still unavailable, contact your organization's administrator.
