What You'll Need

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Click on “Add Start Trigger.”

Select “When Field Updated.”

Step 3

In the new tab, choose “Attachment Uploaded” as the field. From the dropdown, select the appropriatefield valuesuch asdesign, permits, material survey or etc.. You may also createcustom labelssimply by typing in a new field value name.

Click on “Save.”

To continue building the automation, click“Automation Ends Here.”

Select thedesired action, such as sending an email, text message, or any option available in the list.

If you want to apply the same attachment condition in an If/Else branch, click “If/Else” in the menu, then select “Add Condition.”

Set your condition: For Condition Field, choose “If Field Value.” For the Select Field, choose “Attachment Uploaded.” Enter thespecific field value(e.g., design files, permits, survey photos, etc.). Click “Save” once the condition is configured.
