"First Class" Contest: Official Contest Rules

1. Sponsor & Administrator

The "First Class" Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored and administered by Chexy Inc. ("Chexy," the "Sponsor," "we," "us"), 340 King St East, Unit 400S, Toronto, ON M4M 2V8, Canada. Chexy is the operator of the Chexy application (the "App"). Subject to these Rules, the Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

Travel Partner. All travel logistics for the grand prizes are arranged and delivered by Prince Collection, a Prince of Travel company (TICO Reg. #50023501) (the "Travel Partner"). The Travel Partner is an independent contractor, not an agent of the Sponsor. Airlines, hotels, tour and experience operators, transfer companies and insurers are independent third-party suppliers.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to individuals who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of Canada (including the Province of Quebec) and have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence (each an "entrant").

Employees, officers, directors, contractors and representatives of the Sponsor, the Travel Partner, and their respective affiliates, agencies and prize suppliers, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.

A Chexy account is not required to enter (see the free entry method in Section 4). A Chexy account (free of charge) and a valid email address are required to claim a prize. Entrants who hold a Chexy account must comply with the App's terms of service.

Grand-prize winners and their companions must be legally eligible and able to travel internationally and must hold (or be able to obtain) all documents required for the applicable trip (Section 8).

3. Contest Period, Draw Periods & Travel Windows

The Contest begins on July 24, 2026 and consists of three (3) separate draws (each a "Draw"). Entries for each Draw must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the final day of the applicable Draw Period. Registration entries are granted at the start of each Draw Period (Section 4); all other entries reset at the start of each Draw Period.

The dates above are subject to change by the Sponsor only where required by law or by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary. Limit: 100,000 entries per entrant per Draw Period, across all entry methods combined and including any scratch entries. In the event of any discrepancy between entry counts displayed in the App and the Sponsor's internal records, the Sponsor's internal records govern and are final.

Scratch allocation. Scratch entry amounts are randomly allocated as follows: 60% of entrants receive 1,000 entries; 20% receive 2,500 entries; 10% receive 5,000 entries; 7% receive 7,500 entries; and 3% receive 10,000 entries.

Referrals. A referral qualifies only where the referred person: (i) has a pre-existing personal, family or friend relationship with the entrant; (ii) joins Chexy using the entrant's referral link or code; and (iii) activates their first bill payment on the App during the applicable Draw Period. Referrals generated through spam, bulk messaging, automated tools or any other non-compliant commercial electronic messaging are void. Chexy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke or disqualify any entry where it has reason to believe the entrant or referred person has manipulated or attempted to manipulate the referral process.

Instagram sharing. During each Draw Period, an entrant may earn one thousand (1,000) entries by publishing a public post on Instagram that (i) includes an original photo or video, (ii) tags @chexy.money, and (iii) includes the entrant's Chexy referral link, and that clearly discloses the entrant's material connection to the Sponsor (e.g., #ad). One qualifying post per entrant per Draw Period earns entries; additional posts are welcome but earn no further entries. The Instagram post and the entries must be attributable to the same entrant's Chexy account. Entries are credited after the Sponsor verifies the post, typically within 72 hours of posting, and the post must remain public until verified. Posts that are private, deleted before verification, duplicative, automated, bulk, or that omit the required tag, link or disclosure are void. Instagram entries remain subject to the 100,000-entry per-Draw-Period limit.

Free entry — no account or purchase required

During each Draw Period, any eligible person may enter free of charge by reaching out to our Support team via chat at chexy.co/support, providing their full legal name, complete residential address, telephone number, age, email address, and a unique, original written response of 100 words or more to the prompt stated on the form. The first submission in a Draw Period earns one hundred (100) entries (equivalent to the registration entry). Each additional unique and original submission earns one (1) additional entry, with no limit on the number of submissions up to the 100,000-entry limit. The email address provided is used to attribute entries; entrants who hold a Chexy account must use the email associated with that account. Free entries are credited within 72 hours of receipt; submissions received after a Draw cutoff count toward subsequent Draws in the Contest Period. Submissions that are duplicative, substantially similar, automated, bulk, or generated using automated tools are void. A winner who does not hold a Chexy account must open one (free of charge) to claim a prize.

Verification & anti-fraud. Automated, bulk, fraudulent or bot entries, and any manipulation of the entry, referral or scratch mechanics, are void and may result in disqualification. In a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry is deemed made by the registered Chexy account holder or, for free entries, by the authorized holder of the email address provided.

Skill-testing question. Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided and on their first attempt, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.

5. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning any prize in a Draw depend on the number of eligible entries received as of the applicable Draw cutoff and the number of entries attributed to each entrant. Prizes are awarded by random draw among eligible entries, subject to correct answer of the skill-testing question.

6. Winner Selection, Notification & Claims

Potential winners are selected by random draw from all eligible entries received as of the applicable Draw cutoff. The selection process, validation of entries and determination of winners are conducted by the Sponsor in accordance with these Rules.

Notification. Potential grand-prize winners are notified by email and in-app notification, with telephone follow-up where a number is on file. Potential secondary-prize winners are notified in-app and/or by email. The Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable, filtered, missed or delayed notifications, or for incorrect or outdated contact information, provided notification was attempted as described.

Claim periods. A potential grand-prize winner must complete the claim process described in Section 8 within ten (10) days of notification. A potential secondary-prize winner must complete the claim process (including the skill-testing question) within five (5) days of notification. Secondary prizes are credited as Chexy Cash within seven (7) days of a successful claim (Section 7).

Forfeiture & redraw. If a potential grand-prize winner does not complete the claim process in time, answers the skill-testing question incorrectly, or is ineligible or non-compliant, the grand prize is forfeited and the Sponsor will select an alternate winner by random draw from the remaining eligible entries (each alternate winner having five (5) days to claim), repeating until the grand prize is awarded or no eligible entries remain. Unclaimed or forfeited secondary prizes will not be re-awarded.

The Sponsor may disqualify any potential or declared winner for ineligibility, suspected fraud, manipulation of the mechanics, or breach of these Rules, in which case the redraw process above applies to grand prizes.

7. The Prizes

Grand prize (one per Draw — three in total)

Each grand prize is a business-class trip for two (2) people, consisting of: round-trip business-class flights for two; five (5) nights' luxury accommodation; a curated experience program; and CAD $1,000 spending money (provided as funds before departure, not as Chexy Cash). Approximate retail value ("ARV"): CAD $30,000 per grand prize. ARV varies with routing, dates, availability and exchange rates; no difference between actual value and ARV is payable.

In addition to the grand prize, 999 secondary prizes are awarded per Draw, delivered as Chexy Cash (defined below). Number and value of prizes:

Chexy Cash. All secondary prizes are delivered as Chexy Cash: promotional credit issued at no charge and credited to the winner's Chexy account within seven (7) days of a successful claim. Chexy Cash is redeemable at face value only within the App, as a credit applied against payments made through the App. No-fee payment methods are available in the App; any platform fee depends on the payment method the winner chooses. Chexy Cash has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or redeemed outside the App, and expires twelve (12) months after issuance. A winner who does not hold a Chexy account must open one (free of charge) to receive Chexy Cash.

Division of responsibility — the Sponsor funds; the Travel Partner delivers

The Sponsor's sole obligation is to fund the prize elements expressly described in these Rules, up to the stated value, for two (2) travellers only (Section 8). The Sponsor is not a travel agency, tour operator or provider of travel services.

The Travel Partner arranges and provides all travel logistics and support for the grand-prize trips — accommodation, in-destination transfers, the curated experiences, coordination of the business-class flights, and the base travel insurance described in Section 8 — and manages the winner's booking, arrival and on-trip requests. Flights, hotels, experiences and insurance are delivered by independent third-party suppliers.

Billing. The Travel Partner coordinates bookings within the prize budget and directs billing to the Sponsor for the covered elements; the Sponsor settles the covered costs directly. The winner pays for everything not expressly covered (Section 8).

8. Grand-Prize Conditions, Limitations & Costs Not Covered

Acceptance of a grand prize is subject to all of the following. These conditions are material; failure to meet any of them may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Claim requirements

To claim a grand prize, the potential winner must, within the ten (10) day claim period: (i) provide their full legal name as it appears on their passport; (ii) sign a declaration confirming they are available to travel during the applicable travel window and hold — or are able to obtain before departure — a passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel dates and any visa or electronic travel authorization required for their citizenship; (iii) correctly answer the skill-testing question; and (iv) consent to the Sponsor sharing their name and contact details with the Travel Partner, which will contact the winner to arrange travel. The winner must complete the Travel Partner's booking intake — including providing companion details and travel documents, and the companion's signed declaration and release — within five (5) days of claiming. The prize remains conditional and subject to forfeiture until tickets are issued. Providing false or inaccurate information results in forfeiture.

Two travellers only; what the Sponsor pays

The Sponsor funds the covered prize elements for the winner and one (1) travel companion only, and will not pay for any additional traveller or any additional cost of any kind.

Companion. The travel companion must have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, must travel on the same itinerary and dates as the winner, and must complete the Travel Partner's intake and sign their own declaration and liability and publicity release before ticketing. Once named at claim, the companion may not be substituted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Fixed itinerary — no changes, no upgrades, no date changes

The prize must be accepted as awarded. No upgrades, downgrades, re-routings, changes to the itinerary, substitutions of destination or property at the winner's request, or other modifications are available. Travel must occur within the fixed travel window for the applicable Draw (Section 3); the dates of travel cannot be changed, and blackout dates and supplier conditions may apply. If the winner cannot travel within that window, the prize is forfeited and the Sponsor will select an alternate winner under Section 6. Where a winner or companion cannot obtain the documents required for the original destination, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute an alternative destination of equal or greater value in lieu of forfeiture.

Travel documents — the winner's sole responsibility

The winner and companion are solely responsible, at their own expense, for obtaining and holding all documents required for travel — including a passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel dates (or such longer period as the destination requires), visas, electronic travel authorizations, and any health, vaccination or entry requirements — and for meeting all customs and immigration requirements. The Sponsor is not responsible for any visa, passport, entry-denial, immigration or documentation issue of any kind. Travel will only be permitted for a winner and companion who hold correct, valid travel documents; if the required documents are not in place in time, the prize is forfeited (subject to the substitution discretion above) and the Sponsor will select an alternate winner.

Travel at own risk; insurance

The trip is undertaken entirely at the winner's and companion's own initiative and risk. The prize includes a base travel insurance policy arranged by the Travel Partner; the Sponsor makes no representation as to its scope or adequacy. The winner and companion are solely responsible for reviewing that coverage and obtaining, at their own expense, any additional travel, medical, cancellation or baggage insurance appropriate to their circumstances. It is a condition of travel that the winner and companion each hold emergency medical insurance valid for the destination and travel dates. The Sponsor is not responsible for any illness, injury, death, loss, theft, delay, cancellation, denied entry or expense arising during or in connection with the trip, nor for the acts or omissions of any supplier or insurer, including any denial of coverage.

Costs not covered — borne by the winner

Any cost, fee, tax or expense not expressly listed as a covered prize element in these Rules is the sole responsibility of the winner and companion, including without limitation: travel to and from the departure airport; seat selection, upgrades, excess baggage and airline ancillary fees; loyalty-program points/miles; meals and beverages not expressly included; minibar, room service, spa, resort/amenity fees, gratuities and service charges; personal incidentals and on-property charges; additional nights, experiences or activities beyond those provided; rebooking or refunds for any missed flight, event or activity; insurance beyond the base policy described above; personal spending beyond the $1,000 provided; and passport, visa, eTA and document fees.

For certainty: Chexy pays only the specific covered elements described in these Rules, for two travellers. Any other cost of any kind is the winner's responsibility.

Other prize terms

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable or exchangeable for cash (except the stated spending money), and may not be combined with any other offer. Unused or unaccepted portions are forfeited with no residual value or compensation. The Sponsor and Travel Partner may substitute any prize, destination, property or itinerary element for one of equal or greater value for any reason, including availability, safety, or supplier changes. Winners and companions must be fit to travel, comply with all supplier rules and applicable laws, and behave appropriately; the Sponsor and suppliers may remove or disqualify a winner or companion for unsafe, unlawful or disruptive conduct, without compensation.

Taxes. Contest winnings are generally not taxable to Canadian-resident individuals; winners are responsible for any taxes that may nonetheless apply to their circumstances and should consult their own advisor.

9. Publicity Participation & Consent

Grand-prize winners. As a condition of accepting a grand prize, the winner and companion each consent, in a signed release, to: (i) the Sponsor and the Travel Partner capturing photo, video and audio of them in connection with the trip, including the win reveal, departure and in-destination moments arranged by the Sponsor or the Travel Partner; (ii) participating in reasonable publicity activities, including a pre- or post-trip interview and a photo/video session; and (iii) the Sponsor's use of their name, city/province, image, likeness, voice, statements and the content captured under this Section in advertising and promotional materials, in any media now known or later devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation.

Content the winner chooses to create is welcome but not required, and providing it is not a condition of receiving or keeping any prize. If shared publicly, such content must clearly disclose the winner's material connection to the Sponsor (e.g., #ad or equivalent); the Sponsor will provide disclosure instructions. Any commitment to create and deliver specific content will be the subject of a separate written agreement with separate consideration.

Licence. The winner grants the Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish and display content captured under this Section and content the winner chooses to provide, together with the winner's name, city/province, statements, image, likeness and voice. The winner represents that any content they provide is their own, does not infringe third-party rights, and that any identifiable individuals appearing in it have consented to these uses.

Secondary-prize winners. The Sponsor may publish a secondary-prize winner's first name, city and province for winners'-list and draw-integrity purposes only.

10. Travel Partner & Third-Party Suppliers

The Travel Partner (Prince Collection / Prince of Travel, TICO #50023501) provides all travel support — the base travel insurance, accommodation, coordination of flights, transfers and experiences — for the grand-prize trips, and collects travel documents (including passport details) and companion information directly from the winner and companion for booking purposes.

Airlines, hotels, insurers, transfer and experience operators are independent third parties. The Sponsor is not their agent and is not responsible or liable for their acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbooking, schedule changes, service quality, safety, insolvency, or any loss, injury, damage or expense arising from them. The trip is taken entirely at the winner's and companion's own initiative, risk and responsibility, subject to each supplier's own terms and conditions.

11. Release, Assumption of Risk, Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

By entering and/or accepting a prize, each entrant and winner agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Travel Partner, and their respective affiliates, suppliers, agencies, and their officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries (including personal injury, illness or death), costs and expenses arising out of or relating to: participation in the Contest; the entry, referral or scratch mechanics; acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize; travel or any activity connected with a prize; and the acts or omissions of any third-party supplier or insurer. Grand-prize winners and companions confirm this release in signed form as a condition of the prize, and each is responsible for their own insurance as set out in Section 8.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties' total liability is limited to the value of the applicable prize, and the Released Parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including, for Quebec residents, liability for bodily or moral injury caused by fault (article 1474, Civil Code of Québec).

12. General Conditions

Modification / cancellation. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Contest (or any Draw), in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, and may select winners from eligible entries received to that point. No modification after the Contest begins will materially and adversely change the advertised prizes or shorten a disclosed entry deadline, except as required by law.

Disqualification. The Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Contest, breaches these Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, and may seek remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Errors. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or defective entries, or for technical, hardware, software, network, or communications failures of any kind. The Sponsor may correct typographical, programming or administrative errors. If, due to an error, there are more eligible prize claimants than prizes stated in these Rules, the Sponsor will conduct a random draw among all eligible claimants to award the stated number of prizes.

These Rules govern the Contest and prevail over any inconsistent statement in marketing materials. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in effect. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

13. Privacy & CASL

Personal information collected for the Contest is used to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, award prizes, and meet legal obligations, in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy and applicable privacy law. Winner and companion contact information is shared with the Travel Partner (Prince Collection) and, as needed, with third-party suppliers (such as airlines, hotels and insurers) to fulfil prizes; the Travel Partner collects travel documents directly from travellers. Some recipients may be located outside Canada or outside the entrant's province, and information may be transferred accordingly for these purposes. Quebec residents have the rights provided under applicable Quebec privacy law. Privacy questions may be directed to the Sponsor's Privacy Officer by reaching out via in-app chat.

Entry does not by itself subscribe an entrant to marketing communications. Any consent to receive marketing email is separate, optional, obtained expressly (CASL-compliant), and may be withdrawn at any time; it is not a condition of entry or winning.

14. Platform Release

The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, or any other platform. Each entrant releases those platforms and agrees that any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest are directed to the Sponsor, not to any platform.

15. Winners' List

To request the name(s) of the grand-prize winner(s), contact our Support team via in-app chat within 7 days after the applicable draw date.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable right of an entrant under the consumer protection legislation of their province or territory, including any right to bring proceedings in the courts of their home province where applicable law so provides. All entrants agree to comply with, and be bound by, these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor made in accordance with these Rules.

17. Quebec Residents

This Section applies to residents of the Province of Quebec and forms part of the Official Rules for those residents.

Eligibility. The Contest is open to residents of Quebec who have reached the age of majority (18).

French language. The Official Rules, the contest entry flow, and all promotional and marketing materials are available in French in accordance with the Charter of the French Language, including section 52 (commercial publications and websites) and section 55 (contracts of adhesion). The French version of these Rules is presented to Quebec residents first; a Quebec resident is bound by the English version only after having had the opportunity to review the French version and expressly choosing to proceed in English. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails for Quebec residents.

No Quebec registration. Following the repeal of Quebec's publicity-contest regime (in force October 27, 2023), this Contest is not required to be filed with the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, and no related duty, security bond or winner's report is required.

Federal rules still apply. As elsewhere in Canada, no purchase is necessary, a free method of entry is available, and a selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a winner. The number and value of prizes and the odds are disclosed in these Rules.

Mandatory Quebec law. Nothing in these Rules limits any right of a Quebec resident that cannot be waived under applicable Quebec law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Code of Québec (including article 1474, under which liability for bodily or moral injury caused by fault cannot be excluded or limited). The releases and limitations of liability in these Rules apply only to the extent permitted by that law. Despite Section 16, a Quebec resident may exercise any right, conferred by applicable law and which cannot be excluded, to bring proceedings in Quebec.

What Chexy pays. As set out in Sections 7–8 and subject to the paragraph above, Chexy's sole obligation is to fund the covered prize elements for two (2) travellers only. All travel logistics and support are arranged and provided by the Travel Partner, Prince Collection (a Prince of Travel company, TICO #50023501), and by independent third-party suppliers. Winners and their companions remain solely responsible for valid travel documents and for every cost not expressly covered.
