To allocate points to customers, you will need to activate the point system and the point system display within the easyPoints settings in the app.

Customize the timing of point allocation, point expiration dates, and fulfillment delay in the point rules section.
You can add tiers to your store and establish a system where higher tier customers receive increased points.
