About the payments

Please check the invoice and make sure that it is the same as the subscription plan that you have selected.

easyPoints demands additional fees is only when the maximum limit of active customers is surpassed.

Regularly checking and confirming your invoices is advised to stay informed about your subscription details.

Refunds

In general, easyPoints will not refund usage fees, but will consider refunds when there was a considerable amount of damage, or an occurrence of issues where the merchant experiences financial damage (e.g. over usage of points), caused by easyPoints only. Please contact our support team for further instructions.
