Redemption
In the theme integration, the point redemption form will only be displayed when the customer is logged in to the store.
Express checkout
You are not able to use the “buy now”, “Google Pay” ,”PayPal” or “Amazon Pay” and any type of express checkout and use points at the checkout screen. However, if the point discount is applied before the Shopify checkout menu and express checkout, you will be able to use and earn points.

Active customer limit
easyPoints will charge additional usage fees on top of your plan's monthly fee if you go over the active customer limit. Please make sure to check your active customer count for each billing cycle.
