Any issues caused by third party app usages might not be recoverable/fixable, so please make sure to test throughly before proceeding.

Some Shopify apps will highjack the liquid and insert an original block. When this happens, code modification in the theme integration might have limitations.

Some features such as referral rewards use a hidden field in the sign up form (or other pages) for it's functionality. If any third party app highjacks the pages, there might be issues caused by it.
