A. Some things need to be changed by our dev team before uninstalling, so please notify us first.
The easyPoints subscription will automatically end after uninstallation. However, if you have a custom integration, we will need to delete the codes related to easyPoints from the theme before uninstalling.
Please reach out to our customer support team: easypoints@lunaris.jp and let us know that you would like to cancel the subscription.
Failure to follow this step may result in errors with your theme's functions after uninstallation.
Keep in mind, this adjustment process may take a couple of days. If you wish to cancel the subscription in advance, access the "plan change" and click on the "cancel" button.
