A. A balance reset is a point transaction due to internal data management, or a balance adjustment that happens when the balance tries to hit a negative value.
easyPoints' point balance always has to be at least 0, and a negative value cannot be handled in our system. When the balance tries to hit a negative value due to various reasons, easyPoints will adjust the balance to 0 with the label "Balance reset".
Also, there might be cases where easyPoints creates a 0 point balance reset due to internal data management.
