Compatibility with "Editing orders" on Shopify

Editing orders and how points will behave

In Shopify's order editing feature, some functions are not supported, and there are certain points to be aware of.

For detailed operations and the behavior of points during this process, please refer to the following.


Adding products

Point allotment

Point are given for products that were originally included in the order when created.

When refunded

In some cases, points will not get adjusted automatically.

Please check if the points are correctly adjusted after refunding, and adjust manually if need.

Deleting products

Point allotment

Point are given for products that were originally included in the order when created.

When refunded

In some cases, points will not get adjusted automatically.

Please check if the points are correctly adjusted after refunding, and adjust manually if need.

Changing item quantity

Point allotment

No points are given.

When refunded

No points are adjusted.

Adding, deleting, and editing discounts

Point allotment

Point are given based on the subtotal order amount upon order creation.

When refunded

Points are deducted based on the edited subtotal amount. Please adjust the points manually.
