Make sure that your CSV is formatted with only two rows, “Email” and “Points”.
With that said, please check the following as well:
Make sure that “Email” and “Points” are typed in roman letters (half-width)
Do not include any other columns in the file
Make sure that the character encoding is set to UTF-8
Avoid using commas in the file
Make sure the file size is less than 5MB
