Fulfillment Delay

easyPoints will reward points for orders when it is fulfilled, but can be delayed with the fulfillment delay setting.

Normally the points are credited to the customers when the shipping status changes from unfulfilled to fulfilled.

With the Fulfillment Delay feature, you can postpone the point delivery to the customers. After the shipping has been fulfilled and the days set in the fulfillment delay passes, the customers will receive the points.

For example:

Fulfillment Delay 2 days = Points received 48 hours after shipment is fulfilled

This setting prevents customers from buying costly items, redeeming points earned from them to purchase inexpensive items, and then returning the expensive items for a refund.
