No, the first custom integration will be done free of charge for stores that are subscribed to Basic plan or above
However, the custom integration is only available for subscription plans that are basic or above in order to request a custom integration.
Adding on, there are times when we request additional fees to errors which require a re-setup. Re-setups may take extra fees unless the plan used is “pro” or higher. If you are using the plan pro or higher, you can request for an integration free of charge for the second time and onwards.
