Connection guide: Compleo Duo Fleet

On this page you find the connection guide to connect a Compleo charging station with your EEVEE account.

Configuration requirements

  • Configuration package for EEVEE, containing:

    • SIM card (optional)

    • EVSE-ID

    • Configuration guide for the installer

    • Registration guide for the owner of the charging station

  • Configuration device: laptop

  • UTP cable

Follow the steps

Step 1: Insert the SIM card if the backend connection will run via a SIM card. Connect the laptop with a network cable to an Ethernet port on the circuit board of the charging station. In Windows, search for Netwerkverbindingen weergeven (View network connections) and open it.

Step 2: Right-click the Ethernet port you are using and open Eigenschappen (Properties) (administrator rights required). Double-click Internet Protocol versie 4 (TCP/IPv4).

Step 3: Assign an IP address in the range 192.168.1.x, but not .100, because the charging station uses that address. We recommend 192.168.1.99. Enter subnet mask 255.255.255.0. Click OK in both open windows.

Step 4: Open a browser and go to https://192.168.1.100/. If a security warning appears, click Geavanceerd (Advanced) and then Doorgaan naar 192.168.1.100 (onveilig) (Proceed to 192.168.1.100 (unsafe)).

Step 5: Select Log in in the left-hand menu. Enter the password (the initial password is on the DUCTO sticker). Optionally tick login as electrician and click login. If you ticked this option, confirm your qualification.

Settings of the electrical connection may only be changed by qualified electricians.

Step 6: If you configure the connection via a SIM card, activate and configure the modem with the correct APN:

  • APN: (TBD)

  • APN username and password: (TBD)

Activate the router function if other charging stations need to use the SIM card of this charging station. Only one charging station per subnet may act as router at a time, otherwise connection problems occur.

If another charging station sets up the backend communication via its SIM card, this charging station must be treated as a gateway. For the guide "Backendcommunicatie voorbereiden via LAN > Zelf IP-adres instellen", contact EEVEE support: (TBD)

Step 7: Set the backend URL via laadstation integreren in backend (integrate charging station in backend):

  • Set the operation mode to online.

  • Enter the Charge Box Identity (the serial number can be used).

  • Backend URL: wss://eevee-hvpq.powerfill.app/ws/

  • Click confirm at the bottom right, then confirm again in the dialog asking whether the changes should be applied.

  • The charging station restarts automatically.

Are you the installer? Continue with Step 8. Are you the owner of the charging station? Continue with Step 9.

Step 8 (installers): Activate the charging station on the EEVEE platform: (TBD)

Step 9 (owners): Register the charging station in your EEVEE account: (TBD)

The charging station is now linked to your EEVEE account!
