Follow the steps
EVBOX G3 charging stations must be converted by an installer before they can be linked to the EEVEE platform.
Step 1: Check which model you have. You can find the article number on a sticker on the side of the charging station or on the packaging box:
G3: starts with
B3322-5(G3:B3322-5XXX)G4: starts with
B3322-E(G4:B3322-EXXX)
Step 2: Do you have a G3 and would you like to have it converted? Then contact the support team by phone, chat or email.
The charging station is now linked to your EEVEE account!
