    • Registration guide for the owner of the charging station

  • Go-e reset card

  • Go-e mobile app

Follow the steps

Step 1: Connect your phone to the charging station. On some devices you first need to turn off mobile data and disconnect from Wi-Fi networks. Use one of the following methods:

  • Find the hidden QR code and serial number on the charging station and scan the QR code.

  • Connect manually to the hotspot of the charging station in your phone's settings. The details are on the reset card:

    • Hotspot name (SSID): go-e-######

Step 2: Open the go-e app. If the charging station appears in the app, continue with the configuration. If not, add it via the preferred option in the app.

Step 3: Connect the charging station to your local Wi-Fi: select the "Internet" tab at the bottom of the screen, select the "WiFi" bar and connect the charging station to your local Wi-Fi network.

Step 4: Configure the OCPP settings: go to the "Internet" tab and then "OCPP".

  • Turn on OCPP 1.6 with the toggle.

  • Set the OCPP server URL to: wss://eevee-hvpq.powerfill.app/ws/goe######

  • Replace the ###### with the same digits as in the hotspot SSID.

Step 5: Restart the charging station: in the "Internet" tab, select "Reboot".

Are you the installer? Continue with Step 6. Are you the owner of the charging station? Continue with Step 7.
