Follow the steps
Step 1: Download the ACE Service Installer (NG) via alfen.com/nl/downloads. Choose All downloads and select the ACE Service Installer for the NG platform.
Step 2: Log in to the Service Installer with the login details supplied with the charging station, or use the following:
Username: (TBD)
Password: (TBD)
Step 3: Connect the laptop to the charging station with the UTP cable. If the installation has multiple charging stations, connect the laptop to the switch instead.
Step 4: After logging in, select the charging station from the list on the left.
Step 5: When prompted, enter the default password of the charging station. You can find it on the flyer in the box of the charging station.
Step 6: Select the charging station icon (the sixth icon in the row).
Step 7: Select the backoffice: (TBD)
From firmware 6.x onwards: network profile 1 contains the wired settings and network profile 2 contains the mobile settings. Set the priority of each profile you use, or select "not used" for any connection method you do not use.
Step 8: Click save. The system will ask you to restart the charging station so the connection changes take effect. Restart it using the power button in the top-left corner of the Service Installer. After the restart, the charging station connects to the EEVEE platform.
Do not change the OCPP ID of the charging station. Changing it can interrupt communication with the backend.
If you are the installer, go to Step 9. If you are the owner, go to Step 10.

The charging station is now linked to your EEVEE account!
