Alerts

  1. Tap the flashing Messages icon.

  2. In the drop-down menu, tap Alerts.

  3. This page will list the alert messages on your system.

Alarm History

  1. Tap the flashing Messages icon.

  2. In the drop-down menu, tap Alarms.

  3. Select Clear Alarm History.

If you would like to view your panel's Alarm History, follow the instructions below

  1. At the Home screen, tap System Info and Usage.

  2. Tap History.

  3. This page shows a chronological log of system events. Events can be filtered by Alarms, Bypasses, or Alerts.

  4. Tap the Home button to go back to the Home screen.

Messages

  1. Tap the flashing Messages icon.

  2. In the drop-down menu, tap Messages.

  3. Tap on the desired message.

  4. Enter your 4-digit user code if applicable.

  5. The message will appear. On the screen, you will have options to Delete, Mark as Read or Mark as Unread.
