If you're not enrolled in auto-pay, you can make a payment through the Fluent App or Website.

Follow these simple steps to make a payment through the Fluent App:

  • Step 1: Open the Fluent App on your mobile device and log in if necessary.

  • Step 2: Tap the menu icon More (☰).

  • Step 3: Navigate to Billing

  • Step 4: Tap Pay.

Make a payment on our website with this quick guide:

  • Step 1: Open the Fluent App on your preferred web browser and log in if necessary.

  • Step 2: To access the Settings, click on the tab located on the left side of the screen.

  • Step 3: Navigate to Billing.

  • Step 4: Click Pay Now.

During their business hours of 7 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday MST time.

If you come across an error message that says "Your Interactive Services have been locked by your provider" while making a payment on our app or website, please do not worry. Just give us a call, and one of our customer service agents will assist you in regaining access to your account.
