This process is done if your lock seems to be catching or doesn't seem to lock/unlock smoothly.
Remove the back cover.
Take out the battery pack.
Press and hold the lock button.
While still holding the lock button, re-insert the battery pack.
Continue holding the lock button for 15 seconds or until it beeps 3 times.
If the latch bolt extends and retracts on its own, the orientation was successful, if not, remove the battery pack for 20 seconds, and attempt the previous steps again.
