Learn how to troubleshoot and resolve tamper issues with your 2GIG Carbon Monoxide Detector

Instructions:

  1. Ensure the panel is disarmed.

  2. Remove the sensor cover by twisting counterclockwise.

  3. Replace the cover by lining up the grooves and twisting clockwise until it clicks into place.

  4. Check the panel to see if the tamper error clears (this could take a few minutes).
