Ecolink DWS - Loss of Supervision

Ensure the panel is disarmed.

Remove the sensor cover by sliding the sensor cover to disengage or unlock it from the sensor.

Replace the cover and slide the cover the opposite direction to engage or lock it to the sensor.

Test the sensor by opening and closing the door or window and checking the panel to make sure it is registering as open and closed.

If the sensor is working correctly, you're done!

If the Loss of Supervision error is still present, replace the sensor battery.
